CSM representatives are experienced in a wide array of duties that will be important to your professional career.  We are agents, negotiators, marketing specialists, event and appearance coordinators, and authorized and licensed by the IAAF.  Our staff is always available to assist you in any way possible, providing you the highest quality representation as well as making you feel like part of our family, not just a face in the crowd.


We at Charisma Sports feel privileged to have been a part of a history of track and field. Having competed on the NCAA Division I level we understand the rigors of an athletic career and strive to reduce the stresses that introduce themselves to our athletes. Our mission is to see that our athletes can stay focussed on their careers and feel secure in us as their management company.

Charisma Sports Management works to generate supplemental compensation to the athlete through marketing and endorsements, both local and national.  Our Marketing department works with the athlete in acquiring local and national recognition in various advertisements and television, from Sports Illustrated, Muscle & Fitness, Essence, Ebony, Jet, ESPN, CBS, ABC, NBC, and BET.
