Wenston Riley CEO / Founder

Is a former all-american hurdler who attended Southern Miss. Wenston studied sports management and graduated in 2001. He heads the Athlete Representation division and is authorized and licensed by the IAAF. A member of The Clark Family dubbed “the first family of track and field” he is married to three-time Olympian Hazel Clark.  He has travelled extensively on the track and field circuit and studied the business since 2003. After years as an apprentice of the sport, Wenston began Charisma Sports Management in 2005.

Robert Hilliard - Financial Advisor

 Robert Hilliard is a teacher as much as an advisor. In addition to providing analysis and guidance to help with investment decisions, he teaches our athletes how to maintain wealth and achieve personal financial goals.  His first priority is assuring that Charisma athletes do not become a part of the statistic that says that more than 70 percent of professional athletes are bankrupt or financially challenged within three or four years of retirement. Robert plays an instrumental role in helping our athletes achieve balance in their lives to experience true financial freedom.
